Discounted rate accommodation is available at the Bewleys Hotel Ballsbridge. The hotel discounted code for IICE-2012 is 792569. Single room rate is €69.00, twin/double occupancy without breakfast.
Single room with breakfast €74.00.
Double room with breakfast €79.00.

Rooms will be held until 5th March 2012, any rooms booked after this date will be quoted at best available rate at the time of booking.

Payment

Payment is to be guaranteed on a Credit Card and all individuals can settle their respective bills on departure. If a company or individual other than the guest is paying for the accommodation, a "Credit Card" authorisation form can be fax and proof of card holder's signature is required, stating exactly what is to be charged on the credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Please note these bookings are subject to no cancellation once is confirmed by yourself.

From 12.00 pm on the day of arrival and by 11.00 am on the day of departure.

Transportation

Bewleys Hotel Ballsbridge is 30 minutes to Dublin International Airport. Aircoach, a private bus service from Dublin Airport to the city centre and destinations south of the River Liffey including Bewleys Hotel Ballsbridge. Please make sure you tell the bus driver that you will be stopping at the Bewleys Hotel Ballsbridge.This service departs Dublin Airport at the following times:

4.00am – 6.00 am Every 20 minutes
6.00am – 8.00pm Every 10 minutes
8.00pm – Midnight Every 20 minutes
12.00am – 4.00am Every hour
